1. Who we are and what this site is
PornVerdict (the "Site", "we", "us") is an independent editorial directory that reviews, measures and ranks adult websites operated by third parties. References to the "Operator" mean the person or company that runs the Site. Contact details are on the Contact & Legal Notice page.
PornVerdict does not produce, upload, host, stream or sell pornographic videos or images. We publish written reviews, measured scores, rankings and censored screenshots of the homepages of third party websites, and we link to those websites.
2. Age requirement and local law
The Site is intended only for adults. You may use it only if you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher (for example 19 or 21 in some places), and only if viewing information about adult websites is legal where you are.
- If you are under that age, leave the Site now.
- If adult material, or information about it, is restricted or illegal where you are, you must not use the Site. You are solely responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.
- Do not let minors use your device to access the Site. Our Age Restriction & Parental Controls page lists free tools that block adult sites.
The Site carries the RTA ("Restricted To Adults") label so that parental control software can recognise and block it.
3. Accepting these terms
By accessing or using the Site you confirm that you meet the age requirement and agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Editorial Disclaimer and Advertising & Affiliate Disclosure, which form part of these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
4. What PornVerdict provides
We provide information for general entertainment and orientation purposes: reviews written by our editors, scores calculated from our own measurements as described on the Methodology page, category rankings, and links to the reviewed websites. The Site is free to use and does not require an account.
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site, add or remove websites, change scores and rankings, or rewrite reviews at any time and without notice.
5. Reviews and scores are opinion
Every review, score, ranking, label, "best for" note, pro and con on the Site is the subjective opinion of PornVerdict, formed in good faith from our testing at a given point in time. Measured figures (for example load times, ad counts or the share of free content) reflect what we observed in our own tests on particular dates, devices, browsers and locations, and may differ from your experience.
Opinions are not statements of fact about any person or business. Websites change constantly; information may be outdated by the time you read it. See the Editorial Disclaimer for details.
6. Third party sites and links
The Site links to websites that we do not own, operate or control. When you follow a link you leave PornVerdict and the other website's own terms, privacy policy and laws apply.
- We are not responsible for the content, availability, legality, security, billing, privacy practices or conduct of any third party website, its operators or its users.
- A link, review or high score is not an endorsement of everything a website offers and is not a guarantee that it is safe, lawful in your country or suitable for you.
- Any purchase, subscription or account you create on a third party website is a contract solely between you and that website. Direct billing, refund and cancellation requests to that website.
- We do not knowingly link to websites that we believe host illegal content. If you think a linked website is unlawful, tell us through Report & Content Removal and we will review it promptly.
7. Affiliate links and advertising
Some links on the Site are affiliate or otherwise paid links: we may earn a commission or a fee when you visit a website, sign up or buy something. We may also show advertising and clearly labelled sponsored placements. Paid relationships never change a Verdict score or a position in a ranking. The full explanation is in our Advertising & Affiliate Disclosure.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site if you are under the required age or where it is unlawful for you to do so;
- copy, scrape, crawl, mirror, frame or republish the Site or substantial parts of it (including reviews, scores, rankings and screenshots) by automated or manual means, except normal search engine indexing;
- serve the Site under another domain, through a proxy or as a "mirror", or make it appear that another website is PornVerdict;
- interfere with the Site's security or operation, probe or test its vulnerabilities, overload it, or bypass any access restriction;
- use the Site to send spam, malware or unlawful content, or to harass anyone;
- use our name, logo or scores in a way that suggests we endorse you or your business without our written permission.
We may block access from any device, network or region at our discretion, including to comply with the law.
9. Our content and intellectual property
The Site's text, scores, rankings, methodology, data compilations, design, logo and code are owned by or licensed to the Operator and protected by copyright, database rights and other laws. You may view the Site and share links to it for personal, non commercial use. Short quotations with a link back to the source page are welcome. Any other use requires our prior written permission.
10. Third party trademarks and screenshots
Names, logos and trademarks of reviewed websites belong to their respective owners. We use them only to identify the websites we review and compare, which is a descriptive, nominative use. No affiliation with or endorsement by the trademark owners is implied unless we say so.
Screenshots show the public homepage of a reviewed website as we saw it, reduced in size and censored, for the purposes of review, criticism and comparison. Owners who want a screenshot, logo or detail updated or removed can contact us as described in section 11.
11. Complaints, corrections and takedowns
- Copyright: follow our Copyright & DMCA Policy.
- Wrong information, a review you want corrected, trademark concerns, non consensual or illegal content on a linked site: use Report & Content Removal.
- Everything else: write to [email protected].
We read every complaint, act on substantiated ones, and keep our editorial right to publish honest opinions.
12. No warranties
The Site and all information on it are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non infringement and uninterrupted or error free operation. We do not warrant that any third party website is safe, lawful, available, or free of malware, misleading billing or other risks.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator, its owners, staff and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill or business, arising from your use of the Site, your reliance on any review or score, or your dealings with any third party website, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100), since the Site is provided free of charge.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or gross negligence or intent where that cannot be excluded.
14. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator and its owners and staff from claims, damages and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or third party right.
15. Consumers in the EU, EEA and UK
If you are a consumer living in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you keep all mandatory rights that the law of your country of residence gives you, and nothing in these terms affects them. Sections 12 to 14 apply only to the extent your local law allows. The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued in 2025; you may contact us directly or use the courts or alternative dispute resolution bodies available in your country.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the Operator is established, without regard to conflict of law rules, subject to section 15. The courts of that country have jurisdiction, except where mandatory law lets a consumer sue in their own country. Before starting proceedings, please contact us at [email protected] so we can try to resolve the issue informally within 30 days.
17. Changes, severability and contact
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date shows the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it. If any provision is held invalid, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these terms; we may transfer ours to a successor operator of the Site.
