How the Verdict score works

Every site on PornVerdict goes through the same measurement pass and gets the same formula. Each metric is normalised to 0–100, then weighted into one composite. The score on cards is that composite divided by ten.
- Library 22% — catalogue size and breadth.
- Freshness 16% — how fast new content lands.
- Quality 18% — resolution and bitrate sampling, verified 4K and VR.
- Player 12% — load and seek speed.
- Mobile 10% — how the site behaves on a phone.
- Trust 12% — uptime, redirects, ownership and history.
- Ads 5% — pop-ups, redirects and overlays, inverted: fewer ads score higher.
- Free access 5% — share of the catalogue you can watch without paying.
Rankings
A category ranking is the list of sites that belong to that category, sorted by the Verdict score. The score on the card, in the comparison table and on the review page is the same number, so a rank can never contradict a score.
One review per site
A site gets one review, even when it runs sections for many niches. PornHub's amateur, MILF or Thai sections are part of the PornHub review, and PornHub appears in each of those category rankings once.
No paid positions
Scores and rank numbers cannot be bought. Some Visit links are affiliate or paid links, marked rel="sponsored", and they have no effect on scores or order. If we ever run sponsored placements, they are labelled "Sponsored" or "Ad" and kept outside the numbered ranking. Popularity is measured but weighted at zero.
