Curvy review

A Thick Little Corner Since 2009

The sub dates back to November 2009, founded by a user called HornyUnicorn, which is about as on-brand a username as you'll ever get for a boob subreddit. That makes it a genuine old-timer by Reddit standards, older than most of the NSFW communities people pass around today. It sits at around 48K members, which isn't gigantic, but it's plenty for a niche that runs entirely on volunteers taking their clothes off.

The sidebar reads like someone opened a thesaurus under "thick" and refused to stop: busty, plump, voluptuous, chubby, the whole buffet. That tells you the scope nicely. It isn't strictly a BBW sub and it definitely isn't a fitness-model sub. It lives in the comfy middle, where soft curves are the entire point and nobody's flexing abs.

I also liked the rules, mostly because there aren't many. Some subreddits hit you with a small novel of posting requirements, mandatory title formats and verification rituals. Here the mods keep things on theme and otherwise leave people alone, which is exactly how I like my moderators.

Homemade Curves, Posted by the Women Themselves

The best thing about r/Curvy is that nearly everything is original content. The women in the pics are the ones uploading them, so you get bathroom mirror selfies, warm bedroom lighting, a laundry pile in the background, the lot. They look like your cute neighbor or the girl at the gym whose jeans should come with a warning label, not somebody airbrushed into plastic.

I sorted by top posts of the past month to see what the crowd rewards. Roughly 80% was photos and the other 20% short clips. The photos are where the sub earns its keep: big natural racks, wide hips, thighs you could get lost in for a weekend, lingerie clearly losing a fight with gravity. The clips are fewer, but a handful go past posing, with women fingering themselves or working a dildo, and those hit exactly as hard as you'd hope.

Pros barely show up. The one recognizable name I bumped into was Laura Amor, busty as advertised, in a long dress with a slit cut way past sensible and a nipple peeking out like it had somewhere to be. Everything else I scrolled was amateur, and honestly that suits the vibe, since a feed full of studio shots would make the place feel like an ad.

It's also a sub I'd happily point a female friend toward. Women who enjoy looking at women, or who just like seeing bodies shaped like theirs celebrated instead of photoshopped, will feel at home here, because the posters are the ones running the show.

Where It Falls a Bit Flat

Blunt truth time. There's no hardcore to speak of. If you want a thick girl getting properly railed, you'll scroll for ages and still leave with nothing, because this sub is about showing off, not fucking.

Video is the other letdown. With only about one post in five being a clip, it's more of a gallery than a fap playlist. Some nights I just want moving hips, not a still image I have to animate in my own head, and if your imagination is running on fumes after a long day you'll feel that gap.

Then there's variety. The posters skew heavily white, and curvy ebony, Latina or Asian women are thin on the ground, which is a real shame given how many guys hunt specifically for that. A sub dedicated to big butts with barely any big Black butts feels like a missed layup. You'll need another source for that particular itch.

Is Curvy Free and Safe to Scroll

Free, yes, and not in the sneaky "trial, then we bill you" way. You don't need an account to browse, and by our count about 68% of the content was free to view. The sub doesn't sell a premium tier, there's no price page, and nobody asks for a credit card before showing you a pair of tits.

Safety is where it embarrasses the average tube. In our browser test on August 10, 2026, I got zero popups, zero ad overlays and zero ad network requests. None at all. After years of closing fake "your phone has 13 viruses" tabs on sketchy sites, it felt almost suspicious, like walking into a casino with no slot machines.

It's Reddit, a legit, enormous platform, so the main danger is someone spotting your history, not malware. Normal common sense still applies: an outside link a poster drops is your own gamble, and browsing this on the office Wi-Fi is a life choice I won't judge out loud.

The Curvy App Question and Other Practical Stuff

There's no dedicated Curvy app, because it's a subreddit, not a standalone site. You just use Reddit, either the official app or the mobile site, and the sub works fine in both. I mostly stuck with a phone browser, and swiping through a feed of cleavage with one thumb is about as ergonomic as porn gets.

Sorting by new is how you check whether a sub is alive, and this one has a pulse. I counted something like 25 to 30 fresh posts over a 12 hour stretch, so you can come back every evening and find new faces (and new everything else). Switch to top of the month if you only want the crowd favorites and don't feel like digging.

If the page won't load or the sub looks down, it's almost always Reddit itself having a wobble, a content filter hiding NSFW posts, or a network that blocks adult stuff. Refresh, check your settings, try the app instead of the browser. And if search gives you nothing, make sure you didn't type r/curvey or r/cruvy, because I managed both on a sticky phone keyboard and ended up somewhere far less fun.

Alternatives for When You Want More Than Selfies

When the gallery starts feeling repetitive or you're craving actual sex, you've got options. For a broader spread of thick and heavy women, my list of the best BBW sites covers everything from chubby amateurs to bigger studio productions. If you love the Reddit format and just want more subs to rotate through, the best NSFW Reddit sites roundup is the lazy way to find them.

Need hardcore with your curves? A big free tube handles that job, and my xHamster review explains why it's handy for amateur and BBW scenes with real action in them. If still pictures are secretly your favorite thing and you want albums stacked on albums, check out the ImageFap review for massive photo galleries.

My routine ended up simple: r/Curvy for a quick, honest scroll of real bodies, a tube for the nights I want the full show. The two pair together nicely, like beer and pizza.

Curvy Bottom Line: Worth Your Wrist

I had a genuinely good time on r/Curvy. It's free, it's clean, the women are real, and the feed moves quickly enough that it never goes stale. For a guy who likes a girl with some grip to her, the spank bank value per minute is excellent.

It isn't perfect. More clips would help, a hardcore post now and then would help more, and the lack of women of color is a real hole in the lineup. Still, as a daily place to scroll soft, honest curves without a single popup trying to sell you boner pills, it's tough to beat. Bookmark it, and keep a tube handy for the nights you want more action.
