First Look: Slate Blue and No Popup Drama

Credit where it's due, somebody here actually cares how the place looks. The dark slate blue theme is gentle on the eyes at 2 a.m., the layout has room to breathe, and the header is stuffed with enough options to keep a picky weeb busy for a week. It doesn't look like a template someone bought for twenty bucks and abandoned.
